About the role
Collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline trust workflows and support responsible growth. Serve as strategic advisors to drive accountability, insights, and operational integrity.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes. • Partner with Engineering and Growth teams on trust infrastructure. • Serve as trusted advisor to leadership with insights and recommendations. • Oversee analytics and identify risk patterns for improvement. • Lead design and management of dashboards and KPIs for trust performance.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent communication translating complex risk data. • 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety or Risk Operations. • Proven track record building end-to-end solutions. • Experience working cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety. • Highly adaptable with proactive problem-solving approach.
