About the role
Oversee tutor experience, performance, and development to ensure high-quality sessions and tutor engagement. Collaborate with operations and founder to maintain and scale tutor quality.
What you’ll do
• Conduct initial tutor interviews and onboarding sessions. • Perform weekly session audits and provide feedback. • Serve as first contact for tutor questions and support. • Manage tutor communication channels and host office hours. • Conduct periodic tutor check-ins and maintain resources.
What you’ll bring
• Strong communication and leadership skills. • Experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring. • Ability to give clear, constructive feedback. • Organized and detail-oriented. • Work authorization for Philippines or South Africa.
