About the role
Manage utility services for properties by coordinating with vendors, clients, and utility companies. Ensure timely activation, transfer, and deactivation of utilities and resolve related issues.

• Research property condition and inspection reports. • Respond to email correspondence. • Make and receive calls to vendors and clients. • Transfer, activate, and deactivate utility services. • Manage utility bill payments and deposits.
What you’ll bring
• High School diploma or equivalent. • Previous office and computer experience. • Strong PC and Internet navigation skills. • Intermediate typing and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
