About the role
Design and evolve Canonical's design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products. Collaborate with teams to create reusable components and advocate best practices.
What you’ll do
• Build and evolve design system for scalability and accessibility. • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders. • Champion design system best practices and documentation. • Design UI components, tokens, and interaction patterns. • Ensure timely delivery of roadmap and governance alignment.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in UX/product design with focus on design systems. • Portfolio showing expertise in component libraries and documentation. • Expertise in Figma, Storybook, and design token workflows. • Ability to collaborate with engineers and bridge design and code. • Work authorization for EMEA region.
