About the role
Manage vessel fleet maintenance, budgets, and technical performance to ensure reliability and compliance. Lead the Technical Department and improve maintenance policies.
What you’ll do
• Own technical OPEX/CAPEX budgets and control maintenance costs. • Raise vessel availability and reliability. • Apply Q-HSE procedures and drive root-cause analysis. • Lead Technical Department and engineering team. • Report technical performance using CMMS.
What you’ll bring
• Master Marina Certification required. • 8-10 years marine engineering and management experience. • Valid Chief Engineer’s licence (STCW Reg. III/2 or III/3). • Knowledge of local and international vessel regulations. • Experience leading remote teams.
