About the role
Manage regulatory compliance across a multi-entity insurance and reinsurance group. Ensure adherence to insurance laws and maintain good standing with regulators.
What you’ll do
• Manage regulatory compliance across all insurance entities. • Lead preparation for state regulatory examinations. • Act as primary contact with insurance departments. • Review transactions and agreements for compliance. • Develop and maintain compliance policies and training.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8 years insurance regulatory compliance experience. • Knowledge of NAIC laws and multi-state regulations. • Experience with state insurance department examinations. • Ability to manage compliance across multiple jurisdictions. • Work authorization for United States.
