About the role
Lead the accounting function to prepare CSC Generation for IPO and scale the business. Own consolidation, reporting, controls, tax, and audit across all brands and entities.
What you’ll do
• Own IPO readiness and financial reporting workstreams. • Lead preparation of audited financial statements and S-1 registration. • Design and implement SOX 404 compliance program. • Accelerate consolidated close and reporting timelines. • Lead accounting due diligence and acquisition integration.
What you’ll bring
• CPA designation required. • 15+ years accounting experience with 7+ in senior leadership. • Hands-on IPO and PCAOB audit readiness experience. • Experience implementing SOX 404 compliance programs. • Work authorization for US and willingness to travel.
