About the role
Lead and scale the sales team by managing account executives and professionalizing sales processes. Drive quota attainment and build repeatable sales motions with MEDDICC discipline.
What you’ll do
• Manage and develop 7-10 account executives. • Own monthly quota attainment and pipeline coverage. • Optimize and document sales process. • Run weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews. • Forecast accurately and report to Chairman.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years sales management experience. • Mid-market and enterprise sales background. • MEDDICC or MEDDPICC trained. • Experience managing veteran and new AEs. • Work authorization for US.
