About the role
The Vice President, Senior Claims Case Manager acts as a strategic advisor and client advocate throughout the property and casualty claims process. They ensure fair coverage interpretation, efficient resolution, and maintain strong client relationships.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary client contact during claims. • Oversee medium to large complex P&C claims. • Review policy language and interpret coverage. • Negotiate settlements and coverage disputes. • Maintain accurate claim documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Valid P&C broker/agent license or ability to obtain. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • 5–8+ years in brokerage, carrier, or claims roles. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Work authorization for United States.
