About the role
Serve as the senior Concierge team member managing VIP guest relationships and proactive trip ownership. Ensure seamless, personalized experiences for high-value Aero members and guests.
What you’ll do
• Serve as direct contact for assigned VIP guests and assistants. • Maintain accurate guest profiles and anticipate needs. • Own guest journeys end to end, proactively resolving issues. • Act as first escalation point for Concierge team. • Contribute to team standards, training, and process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 6 years in luxury hospitality or premium travel roles. • 1 year hands-on GDS experience with Darwin or equivalent. • Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools. • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts in US time zones. • Work authorization for United States.
