About the role
Join Binance's VIP Institutional Growth & Operations team to support client growth and daily operations. Gain hands-on experience in institutional product growth and operations in a leading blockchain ecosystem.
What you’ll do
• Identify and research high-potential institutional and VIP prospects. • Support prospect pipeline development and account expansion. • Coordinate client proposals, POCs, and incentive structures. • Monitor client activity and program performance reports. • Partner with teams to streamline onboarding and resolve bottlenecks.
What you’ll bring
• 0–2 years experience in operations or related function. • Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers. • Proficiency with spreadsheets; willingness to learn SQL. • Clear written communication skills. • Based in UAE or able to work UAE-aligned schedule.
