About the role
The Virtual Leasing Concierge acts as a virtual sales representative for properties, cultivating leases by communicating with leads via phone, email, text, and direct messages.
What you’ll do
• Conduct business per company policies and housing laws. • Complete assigned trainings on time. • Understand property features and market specials. • Maintain accurate paperwork and resident files. • Respond to leads promptly and maintain lead tracking.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum one-year multifamily leasing experience. • Bi-lingual abilities may be required. • 1-3 years affordable housing experience preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Must be 18 years or older.
