About the role
Monitor patients remotely using Virtual Sitter software to ensure safety and respond to behavioral changes. Communicate with patients and hospital staff to maintain a safe environment.
What you’ll do
• Monitor up to 16 patients simultaneously using Virtual Sitter software. • Communicate effectively with patients and hospital staff. • Provide continuous observation and verbally redirect patients. • Report patient safety issues and environmental hazards. • Participate in shift hand-offs and safety programs.
What you’ll bring
• High School diploma or equivalent. • Proficiency with Virtual Sitter software. • Ability to multitask and prioritize. • Effective communication skills. • Work authorization for United States.
