About the role
Lead the day-to-day legal function at Dispatch, focusing on commercial contracts, privacy, and legal infrastructure. Work closely with multiple teams to support company growth and risk management.
What you’ll do
• Own commercial contracting including drafting and negotiating agreements. • Lead negotiations with enterprise customers and legal teams. • Develop contract templates and negotiation playbooks. • Advise on privacy, data, and security legal matters. • Provide legal support on employment and corporate matters.
What you’ll bring
• JD from top law school and active US bar membership. • 5–15 years legal experience with 3+ years in-house. • Experience with B2B SaaS commercial contracts and DPAs. • Strong business judgment and independent operation. • Experience managing outside counsel and building legal processes.
