About the role
Join Cloudbeds as a Website Onboarding Specialist to create professional hospitality websites and manage onboarding projects for customers worldwide. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to deliver quality websites on time.
What you’ll do
• Create high quality hospitality websites using in-house builder. • Manage website onboarding projects and timelines. • Communicate with customers via video, email, and calls. • Collaborate with website designers to deliver on time. • Investigate website errors and suggest improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years website design and development preferred. • Experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Canva preferred. • Experience with CMS like WordPress, Drupal, or Duda preferred. • Fluent English and excellent communication skills. • Authorized to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship.
