About the role
Plan and coordinate well service and intervention operations ensuring safety and efficiency. Supervise field operations and maintain equipment readiness.
What you’ll do
• Plan and coordinate well service and intervention operations. • Prepare job programmes, risk assessments and operational procedures. • Supervise field operations, equipment rig-up, pressure testing and rig-down. • Monitor operational performance and troubleshoot technical issues. • Enforce HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant engineering discipline. • 2–3 years experience in well services or intervention operations. • Practical field experience in onshore, swamp or offshore operations. • Knowledge of wellhead, pressure control and downhole equipment. • NYSC completed where applicable.
