About the role
Manage chemical processing equipment for manufacturing silicon heterojunction solar cells at scale. Ensure equipment performance, reliability, and uptime to support Starlink satellite production.
What you’ll do
• Install, qualify, maintain chemical texturing and preclean equipment. • Drive equipment reliability and uptime for high-volume production. • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions on equipment issues. • Partner with Process Engineers on new process requirements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related technical discipline. • 2+ years maintaining chemical process equipment in semiconductor or solar manufacturing. • Experience handling hazardous chemicals safely. • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR. • Ability to work extended hours and travel up to 20%.
