About the role
Manage telephonic nurse case management for workers compensation cases to facilitate timely medical care and return to work outcomes. Coordinate medical case management and communicate with employers, adjusters, and injured workers.
What you’ll do
• Assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and implement medical case management. • Communicate with employers, adjusters, and injured workers. • Review medical records and assess data for case progress. • Coordinate services like home care, durable medical equipment, and vocational services. • Maintain nursing licensure and certifications as required.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years workers compensation insurance and case management experience. • 4 years medical/surgical clinical experience required. • California RN license preferred. • Strong communication and professionalism. • Graduate of accredited nursing school with current RN license.
