About the role
Lead enterprise AI solutions to enhance workforce productivity and innovation. Mentor teams and shape AI governance and security.
What you’ll do
• Identify root cause and document outage details. • Respond to application outages and lead restoration calls. • Perform capacity planning for end-user environments. • Coordinate with third party service providers for support. • Adjust schedule for maintenance and participate in on-call rotation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field. • 5 years experience in Information Technology. • 1 year IT engineering experience in enterprise environment. • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies and integration. • Work authorization for US excluding CA, NY, NJ, NH, MA.
