About the role
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities. Drive workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health with measurable impact.
What you’ll do
• Partner with leaders to translate goals into people plans. • Lead workforce planning and organizational design. • Coach leaders on talent strategy and performance management. • Advise on Independent Contractor relations. • Analyze people data to identify trends and opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years progressive HR experience. • Experience in business partnership or advisory role. • Strong HR functions knowledge. • Ability to use HR data for decisions. • Experience in fintech, banking, or tech preferred.
