About the role
Manage and optimize Zoho CRM systems to improve business processes and automation. Provide technical support and training for CRM users.
What you’ll do
• Audit existing Zoho CRM modules and workflows. • Identify and fix CRM errors and bottlenecks. • Build and optimize Zoho CRM Blueprints and automations. • Develop custom modules and troubleshoot technical issues. • Create training materials and conduct user training.
What you’ll bring
• Experience administering and developing Zoho CRM. • Proficiency with Deluge scripting and APIs. • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills. • Fluent English and communication skills. • Work authorization for Mexico or global remote with ET schedule.
